Cases of suspected violence against helpless people continue: This morning (Wednesday) was delayed for an assisted investigation into a private kindergarten in Bnei Brak which, according to camera documentation, shows a certain type of use of force against a toddler about two years old.

The toddler's father suspected something was happening to his son in the garden and went to the kindergarten teacher, who later on his requests looked at the garden cameras with him. The camera documentation shows a certain kind of use of force, which occurred when the aide helped put the toddler to sleep while flinging it to the mattress.

Following the documentation, the father filed the complaint with the police, the police took the garden cameras and delayed the investigation, which claimed that she had not exerted a great deal of power over the toddler and did not understand what the fuss was about.

At the end of her investigation, she was released under restrictive conditions and excluded from the garden. Now Dan's police officers will go through all the recordings to see if there have been any other cases of force use.

In the meantime, yesterday the Magistrate's Court on the streets convicted therapist Zippora Aunty of abusing a toddler she handled at his parents' home in Ness Ziona.

David pleaded guilty to one-off assault. The court ruled that it would send for a probation report. In the June arguments this year, defense lawyer Yaron Forer will demand a penalty for service work.

The baby parents and other parents present in the courtroom shouted at the defendant: "You must be imprisoned and the key thrown out." After the verdict, the parents said: "We were in suspense. We went through a difficult month, the court gave the answer regarding the charge. It was not easy to stand in front of the court, but we are encouraged. We must give her an actual prison sentence."
