Settlement Resistance Office: The occupation authorities increased settlement operations after the American administration announced the deal of the century

The National Office for the Defense of the Earth and Resistance to Settlement affiliated to the Palestine Liberation Organization affirmed that after the American administration announced its dictates to liquidate the Palestinian issue called "Deal of the Century", the occupation authorities stepped up settlement operations in the occupied Palestinian territories in violation of international legitimacy resolutions demanding its cessation.

Ma'an news agency quoted the office’s report issued today that despite the announcement by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, at the end of last year, the end of the preliminary study phase to open an investigation into the crimes of the occupation in the occupied Palestinian territories, including settlement. The report stated that the occupation authorities prevented Palestinian farmers in Al-Mughair, northeast of Ramallah, from accessing their lands and warned to demolish agricultural facilities in the Homs Al-Tahta area in the northern Jordan Valley.
