Unlike the Ciara storm which affected many regions, the Dennis storm will limit its influence to the regions north of the Loire. According to our partner La Chaîne Météo, storm Dennis will be, like storm Ciara, long-lasting (between 12 and 24 hours).
This storm will be accompanied by abundant rains in Brittany. Accumulations of 30 to 50 mm are possible between Saturday evening and Monday, February 17 on Finistère, which would correspond to 3 weeks of precipitation and will react many watercourses (Aulne, Steïr, Jet, l Odet) with risks of occasional floods and floods.
The storm will end in France on Sunday February 16 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. with its distance to Germany and Switzerland.
