"Better than on the internet, in my region, I can buy instantly" , it is written against the background of the Instagram logo, while a third poster with Facebook communication codes invites you to buy "face-to-face" face to put a face on the traders' of the region. "We take advantage of the visibility and enormous notoriety of these companies to provoke, with playfulness and humor, a local purchasing reflex and try to rebalance behaviors in relation to online shopping" , explains Carole Delga, president of the Occitanie regional council, which entrusted the agency VeryWell Toulouse with the design of this multi-media advertising campaign in billboards, advertising purchases, internet and social networks.
