TRIBUNE - The usury of power experienced by the executive offers Republicans a slim but real chance to halt their decline, argues historian Christophe de Voogd.


The classic right has every reason to rejoice at the difficulties faced by the executive, which, despite the good results in terms of employment, promise to be lasting, between the explosion of the candidacy Griveaux in Paris, the endless upheavals of the reform retreats and the president's slip in the polls, especially on the right.
