Dr. Chen, a private clinic, received a free drink after distributing a mask at Happy Church. He believes that it is good for people to join hands to voluntarily distribute masks, and he is more confident about the prospects of Hong Kong. "Hong Kong people are not smart. There must be a way (to save themselves). Hong Kong will not die because of a mask."

He admits that the clinic's masks are inadequate. Although they are only available for one week, they will be purchased in batches. As doctors purchase too many masks, citizens will receive fewer masks. At present, he uses only one daily, try not to touch the mask, and reduce the number of replacements.

He pointed out that the price of exit masks kept rising, three times more expensive than usual, about three yuan each, and that the prices of pharmacies were crazy, and he was reluctant to patronize them to promote the wind. Although he does not understand the legal provisions, he believes that the government should regulate the price of masks.
