Hispanic in Milwaukee is a victim of hate attack

Mahud Villalaz was the victim of a racist attack by a man who called him "illegal", told him to leave the country and then threw acid in his face. Clifton Blackwell is the man accused of the attack on Mahud who faces a charge of reckless injury in addition to a charge of hate crime because the prosecution argues that the attack was motivated by the ethnic origin of the victim. Blackwell pleaded not guilty to further accusations and awaits trial.
