Dominic Cummings, the man who moves the threads in Downing Street and has all the confidence of Boris Johnson, summoned at the beginning of the year all the "weirdos and misfits" capable of generating great ideas to help the new Conservative Government turn around the country. Sabisky came to defend that Modafinil, a neurostimulant to combat narcolepsy that favors concentration, but has dangerous side effects, be given weekly to some children. "From a social perspective, the benefits of giving everyone modafinil once a week outweigh the disadvantage that a child dies a year," he said.
He has also argued, with alleged scientific evidence, that the intellectual quotient of the black population of the United States "is on average lower than that of whites." "It can be seen that there is a higher percentage of blacks on a scale of 75 and less, and at that point we approach the typical border of what would be a mild mental retardation," he said.

Opposition parties have demanded that the Government immediately expel Sabisky. "We have a prime minister who came to write in an article that black people belonged to another branch as far as intellectual quotient is concerned. Downing Street has so far refused to say if Johnson supports his advisor, but government spokesmen have made an effort to make it clear that he was not a permanent hire, but an external collaborator. "The views of the prime minister [on the issues Sabisky has expressed] are public and have been well documented," they have simply explained.
