The head of the Iranian Islamic Shura Council, Ali Larijani, reiterated his country's full support for the resistance and the Lebanese government, describing the Iranian-Lebanese relations as "effective and active".
Larijani said in a press conference held at the Iranian embassy in Beirut today that the Lebanese resistance is a great support for the Lebanese people and their country in confronting terrorism and the Israeli brutality that was always targeting them.
On the assassination of General Qassem Soleimani, Larijani stressed that it is a terrorist crime, and it denounces the weakness of the United States.
Larijani pointed out that his country has become more determined to achieve its goals after the assassination of General Soleimani, stressing that America is reliable only in the field of harming others and it supports the Zionists to control the affairs of the region.
