Lady Kitty Spencer, model and princess niece of Princess Diana, has decided to convert to marry Michael Lewis, a Jewish multi-millionaire who is over 30 years old. In an unusual move, Spencer, 29, announced that she would join the Jewish religion to marry the 61-year-old fashion tycoon. Lewis, it should be noted, holds a fortune of £ 80 million.

According to the Daily Mail, Spencer has already taken active steps to convert and, among other things, the two were previously seen walking to a London synagogue. It is not yet known whether Spencer will convert to Orthodox law or to a Conservative or Reform conversion.

Lewis, a South African native, married his ex-wife to Ola in 1985 and the two have three grown children. He reportedly offered Spencer to marry him before Christmas. The Daily Mail noted that there has been more than 30 years of difference between the couple and is five years older than Spencer's father, Earl.

Katie Spencer is the cousin of Prince William, second in succession to the British Crown. She was previously labeled as the "naughty niece" because of her extravagant lifestyle and the fact that she spent lavish parties with famous and famous actors.

This is not Spencer's first relationship with a man much older than her. She previously had a four-year relationship with another tycoon, now 48 years old.
