Berlin (dpa) - Due to storm damage, Deutsche Bahn had to block several routes in the evening. The trains between Hamburg and Berlin had to be diverted via Stendal, as the train announced.

The stop at the train stations Wittenberge, Ludwigslust and Büchen was canceled. There are delays of around 60 minutes. The trains were diverted between Hamburg and Münster via Hanover, and the stops at the train stations in Bremen, Osnabrück and Münster were canceled. There should be delays of up to 10 minutes here.

The foothills of the storm depression "Victoria" in North Rhine-Westphalia made themselves particularly noticeable. Because of a fallen tree on an overhead line in the Münsterland, the route there, on which long-distance traffic from Koblenz to Norddeich is also on the way, had to be blocked. 200 travelers had to leave an intercity and change to buses. IC and EC trains were rerouted. The disorder should continue into the late evening.
