  • On February 21st the 13th season of "Let's Dance" starts on RTL.
  • New candidates meet well-known jurors .
  • Joachim Llambi and his colleagues judge the participants critically.

Munich - The 13th season of Let's Dance starts on February 21 on RTL *. The jury again consists of familiar faces. In addition to Joachim Lambi , two other long-standing jurors join the hot chair. This is how a well-rehearsed team evaluates the performance of the prominent dancers *. But who are the jury members ?

Let's Dance 2020: Joachim Llambi is the bedrock of the jury - feared criticism and praising words

Joachim Llambi is considered the "strict" in the Let's Dance * jury . No wonder, because the former professional tournament dancer made it into the section "10 Dances" in the finals of the European and World Championships. He did not give up the dance shoes, he is still a judge in the amateur and professional association. From 1997 to 2012, the trained banker also worked as a stockbroker in Frankfurt, after which he went freelance in the stock exchange area, gave lectures and moderated various stock exchange events. Llambi has been on the jury podium since 2006 as the "veteran". In addition to "Let's Dance", the son of a Spaniard and a German regularly appears on other TV programs.

Let's Dance: Motsi Mabuse danced on the jury podium

Motsi Mabuse also sits at the jury table . The South African moved to Germany at the age of 18 and lives in Frankfurt with German citizenship. The dancer and dance trainer runs her own dance school nearby with her husband Evgenij Voznyuk. In the second and third season of "Let's Dance" Motsi Mabuse was still a professional dancer , her celebrity candidates were Guildo Horn and Rolf Schneider. The dancer has been part of the jury since 2011 . But that's not all: she can be seen on many TV programs and even acted as a jury member for the super talent .

Motsi Mabuse's sister Oti Mabuse is also a professional dancer, she danced in the British version of Let's Dance in 2019 and even won. There were recent hot rumors about her and her dance partner *.

Let'S Dance 2020: Jorge González ensures a good mood in the jury

He became known with his friendly "Hola Chicas": Jorge González completes the jury of Let's Dance . The likeable Cuban has lived in Hamburg for 20 years. He left home because his homosexuality was not accepted there. He studied radio ecology in Slovakia and modeled in the meantime. After graduating, he worked in Germany as a choreographer and stylist. In 2009 Jorge González made a name for himself as a catwalk trainer in the casting show "Germany's Next Top Model" . He has been part of the jury team since 2013, and had previously appeared in several TV formats.

So while the jury at Let's Dance remains the same as in previous years, there is a surprise among the professional dancers: dance professional Ekaterina, who has won three times alongside a male celebrity dancer, is no longer there.

Let's Dance 2020: moderation with Daniel Hartwich

Daniel Hartwich is a well-known broadcaster face from RTL. Shows like Das Supertalent , the Jungle Camp and Let's Dance are moderated by the native of Frankfurt. After studying German and politics, he worked for radio and television. He also had various television jobs at ZDF and KiKa before he started on private channels. In 2008 he already moderated Das Supertalent together with Nazan Eckes and later with Sylvie Meis Let's Dance . Nazan and Sylvie are now history - at least when it comes to Let's Dance moderation. There is more about Daniel Hartwich in the portrait of tz.de *.

Victoria Swarovski: At Let's Dance she became a crystal expert and a dance expert

Victoria Swarovski supports Daniel Hartwich with his cheeky sayings in the moderation team. The young moderator showed initiative early on: At the age of 16, Victoria Swarovski appeared on a television show by Mario Barth. She got the invitation in a supermarket - there she met the comedian and convinced him of her singing talent. The first record contract followed in 2010. Victoria Swarovski did not take advantage of the family name when Victoria S. launched her debut single "One in a Million".

She also gained jury experience at Supertalent 2016. Together with Dieter Bohlen and Bruce Darnell, she evaluated the candidates there.
