The criminal justice of La Plata on Monday sentenced the brothers Cristian and Martín Lanatta to 13 years in prison and Víctor Schillaci to another 7 for shooting two Buenos Aires police after escaping from the jail in the Buenos Aires town of General Alvear , which took place in December 2015 , when they were serving life imprisonment for the triple crime of General Rodríguez.

The hearing was held in the Criminal Oral Court (TOC) 1 of La Plata and the three defendants were convicted on the same day because they signed the application the figure of the "abbreviated trial."
