Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif reiterated his country's continued support for the Palestinian people until they achieve their full rights, foremost of which is the establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
Zarif said in a statement today: "Iran stood and will remain on the side of the resistance of the Palestinian people and the resistance of the countries whose lands were occupied by the Zionist entity, including Syria, Lebanon and other Arab countries." Noting that the path of the only solution to the Palestinian issue is based primarily on the resistance and the preservation of all rights Palestinian people.
Zarif added that US President Donald Trump's announcement about the occupied Syrian Golan and occupied Jerusalem and the so-called "deal of the century" was only due to the emotion and humiliation of some Arab leaders in front of him who are still running and delusional behind buying security from America instead of trusting themselves, their people and their neighbors.
