The outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia continues. There have been a total of 61 confirmed cases in Hong Kong so far (18th). One more person is currently being diagnosed.

Zhang Zhujun, director of the Infectious Diseases Division of the Center for Health Protection of the Department of Health, said that the 58-year-old man lives in Kwun Tong, and his wife and daughter live in Zhongshan. He reported that he had travel history, including that he had been to Zhongshan from 23 to 2 last month. Visiting his wife and daughter, he returned to Macau on the same day due to his work relationship. He returned to Hong Kong and had a cough since last Saturday. He had consulted a private doctor twice during the period and is now in the United Hospital.

Zhang Zhujun said that the initially diagnosed patient lived in the Golden Bridge Mansion on Kang Ning Road, Kwun Tong, and his working place was also nearby. Since his wife and daughter lived in Zhongshan, he visited the two from 23 to 2 this month. On the 5th of this month, due to work, I returned to Macau on the same day.

The man started to have fever and chills since the 11th. He then developed a cough on Saturday and the 15th. He consulted a private doctor on the 11th and 13th and went to the Accident and Emergency Department of the United Hospital yesterday. Hospital, virus test results were initially positive.
