The attack on avocado street vendors interrupted service on subway line C on Tuesday afternoon . And although the police operation is over, the service takes a while to start. According to what happened, it is because workers demand more security measures.
Around 17.30 on the platform to Retiro of the Diagonal Norte station, a 28-year-old man selling avocados was attacked with knives by a passenger, according to police sources.
The man suffered sharp wounds in the chest and face , and was accompanied by two other people carrying a drawer with avocados.
The wounded declared that while the three went up to the formation, another man dressed in gray shirt, jean bermuda and long hair, who was in the formation, saw them get into the car, extracted two knives and began to attack them.
The SAME transferred the wounded to the Argerich Hospital, although it was left with police slogan. While the aggressor was not arrested.
Line C had problems this Tuesday, due to a breakdown in the system of change of roads at the entrance to the Retiro station. In addition, from the Association of Workers of the Subway and the Premetro had warned last week, through a statement, that the line suffered "delays" for various damages.
