The young woman aged 29, recipient of sexual images of Benjamin Griveaux, was charged in the judicial investigation opened the same day for "invasion of privacy" and "dissemination without the consent of the person of a recording relating to words or images of a sexual nature and obtained with his consent or by herself ”, specified Me Noémie Saidi-Cottier. His judicial review prevented him from contacting Mr. Pavlenski.
