Yau Ma Tei Casa Deluxe to close next month
The reporter called the Casa Deluxe Hotel hotline to check the reservation details. The staff pointed out that the average double room is about 400 to 500 yuan per night. When asked about the next month's room rate, the staff said that the hotel will operate until the 8th of next month because the address will not be renewed. It is recommended to book the sister hotel Casa Hotel, which is also located on Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei. The reporter tried to book the rooms after March 8 through the official website, and they all showed that they were sold out. The reporter then asked the hotel to close the business. The other party responded that Casa Deluxe Hotel would be closed next month, but the specific reason could not be disclosed. It also pointed out that Casa Hotel would continue to operate.
Opened in 2013, Casa Deluxe Hotel is located at 483-485A Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei. The 16-storey building offers 87 rooms and is expected to attract many mainland tourists. As for the sister hotel, Casa Hotel, it still accepts reservations, and the general room rate is about 200 to 300 yuan.
Pennington Causeway Bay Rhombus closes in April

The report quoted employees as saying that the owner plans to convert the hotel into an office building, and about 30 employees will be demobilized. Xu Kaoyu, chairman of the hotel union, revealed yesterday that at least 17 hotels require employees to take unpaid leave, including Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel, and The Langham Hotel Hong Kong. Fuzhou Intercontinental Hotel, Huangyue Hotel under Best Western Hotel Group, Best Western, Ramada Seaview Hotel have also closed 2 hotels.
