The prosecution alleges that the food stalls were closed at that time and CCTV showed the defendant stole the property. The defendant denied stealing money but admitted to removing gloves and tissues. The prosecution states that the case may be referred to a higher court because of the seriousness of the charges. Magistrate Liu Qiyun revealed that one of the gloves was retrieved.
