The MTRCL said that someone at the Kowloon Tong Station of the East Rail Line had entered the rail range and train service was blocked. Affected by the incident, service from Hung Hom Station to Tai Wai Station is temporarily suspended. Every 15 minutes from Tai Wai Station to Sheung Shui Station. MTR is arranging a free shuttle bus to walk from Hung Hom Station to Tai Wai Station and urges passengers to consider using other modes of transport.
