The jujeño senator of the Front of All Guillermo Snopek , presented a bill to intervene for a year the Judicial Power of the province of Jujuy, where the leader of the Tupac Amaru, Milagro Sala , is detained with domiciliary prison .
The project entered Congress on Wednesday, the same day that the former Supreme Court judge and ally of Kirchnerism, Eugenio Raúl Zaffaroni, insisted that "the intervention by the Judicial Branch of Jujuy would correspond."
The text consists of eight articles. It establishes the intervention of the Judicial Power of Jujeño “in order to guarantee the republican form of Government and avoid incurring international responsibility of the Argentine State”.
It also states that the Executive Branch will designate the auditor, and that he may " suspend in his functions or remove the magistrates, officials and employees that make up the Judiciary and the Public Ministry of Jujuy and appoint his replacements in commission until institutional normalization. ".
According to this initiative, the intervention will have a term of one year that could be extended for another year, through a resolution of the Executive.
