La République en Marche is screaming at the plot and saying democracy is in danger: all this solemn fuss because Benjamin Griveaux, when he was government spokesperson in 2018, was filmed masturbating, in an exchange of salacious images with a young woman who kept the scenes. These, made available last week on a confidential politico-pornographic site opened by a movement linked to the far left, were therefore relayed on Twitter. The unfair process forced Griveaux, Friday, to withdraw his candidacy for mayor of Paris.

Since then, the majority has been trying to make his fall the only scandal, without dwelling on the lightness of this close friend of the Head of State. All ceasing cases, Agnès Buzyn, Minister of Health, abandoned the bedside of the public hospital in distress and its fight against the coronavirus epidemic to try to save the furniture from the Parisian macronie. These mass casualties speak of the infantilization of politics.
