Suspected of attempted terror attack in Benjamin: Palestinian was shot this evening (Thursday) after speeding toward a group of soldiers standing at a checkpoint near Beitin village in Judea and Samaria.

According to an IDF spokesman, soldiers at the spot felt life-threatening after the vehicle accelerated toward them, and they opened fire, resulting in the Palestinian being neutralized. The other vehicles were interrogated at the spot.
