At 11:00 am, the staff found a suspicious paper box outside the Dawei Railway Substation and called the police. Explosives disposal section arrived, fire protection was also opened, and MTR announced that suspected explosives were found due to the rail range between the East Rail Line Kowloon Tong Station and Tai Wai Station. The East Rail Line Kowloon Tong to Tai Wai Station suspended train services .
In addition, Hung Hom to Kowloon Tong Station, a 10-minute bus. From Tai Wai to Sheung Shui Station, there is a 10-minute bus ride. . From Shatin to Sheung Shui Station, it takes 5 minutes. The MTR will arrange free shuttle buses to travel between Kowloon Tong Station and Tai Wai Station to pick up passengers.
