Officers from the Regional Crime Unit of Hong Kong Island investigating the mask deception case raided a unit in Mong Kok this afternoon to search and arrested a male scammer. Police said they received reports from multiple people, saying that they purchased masks through online social platforms from January 29 to February 5, and transferred funds through "Fast Transfer" or QR Code yuan. They have not received the relevant goods since then, and have not been able to contact the seller.
