The images were beautiful and the president was all smiles. Ecology is his new priority. It looks like Sarkozy, Chirac or Hollande. Ecology is the hobby of our presidents. A hobby that they get on as soon as they drop in the polls or that the Greens obtain good results in the intermediate elections. In this, Macron is no different from its predecessors. Like them, he makes beautiful speeches, displays virtuous intentions and presents France as an example. But, like them, he is trapped by economic considerations that always prevail. When they forget them, the people violently call to order, as we saw with the "yellow vests" and, a few years earlier, with the Breton "red caps".
