" I stole this material from his computer ". In an interview with the American news channel CNN, Piotr Pavlenski, claimed that he had stolen the sexual videos of Benjamin Griveaux, which he claimed to be broadcast, on the computer of his partner Alexandra de Taddeo.
The Russian activist and the French student were indicted Tuesday for " invasion of privacy by recording or transmitting the image of a person of a sexual nature " and " dissemination without agreement the person of a recording relating to words or images of a sexual nature and obtained with his consent or by himself ”. They were both placed under judicial supervision.

In hesitant French, Piotr Pavlenski told CNN, speaking of his partner: "She does not know that I have found and I am taking this video (...). It was published and it started to air, and then she couldn't do anything, and she said 'ok, if you do that ... ok you do that, ok'. [..] She was not happy that I didn't ask (of) her, of course ” .
The Russian artist thus confirms Alexandra's version of Taddeo, who admitted being the recipient of the Benjamin Griveaux sex videos while rejecting any responsibility for their dissemination. The young woman's lawyer, Me Noémie Saidi-Cottier, said that her client had "kept these videos, not to broadcast them, but to keep them" .
