Starving: the hard situation of the Wichí

In the Argentine province of Salta, bordering Bolivia and Paraguay, the recent death of seven children from the original villages has highlighted the extreme deficiencies of these inhabitants. CNN traveled for four days one of the areas most affected by malnutrition and lack of water. In the 21st century, the country still has completely isolated communities, where the social measures that the State claims to have taken, government after government, do not seem to be felt.
