Chief Security Officer Li Jiachao announced that a third charter flight will be arranged to pick up any Hong Kong people who can leave the ship instead of close contacts at 1.45am tomorrow (22nd). Zheng Yongshun reminded the Hong Kong government to verify the list with the Japanese side, and no chaos could occur, so that returning passengers would be tossed, and he also requested that the fourth charter flight be deployed as soon as possible for the close contacts.

Zheng Yongshun also visited the Self-Defense Forces Central Hospital today to deliver materials to help patients and learn about the latest situation. He also arranged for her companion husband to disembark with her for a severely ill patient in another hospital. Zheng Yongshun thanked the 10 translation volunteers who accompanied her to help find missing patients and assist Hong Kong people to communicate with medical staff.
