" This is a deliberately false story ," said spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, quoted by the public agency TASS. It is Russia's first official reaction to accusations by U.S. officials that thousands of Russia-related accounts on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram are spreading anti-U.S. disinformation about the new coronavirus.
