[Wuhan Pneumonia] Protesters set up designated clinics in Kowloon Bay and protesters open champagne

A new type of coronavirus (Wuhan pneumonia) is raging. The general outpatient clinic of the Kowloon Bay Health Center will be designated as a "designated clinic." Residents of Kowloon Bay have been protesting for several days. Following the residents' parade around the Regent Garden yesterday, a parade will be launched again at 8:30 pm today (23rd) and will be gathered at the Regent Garden badminton court. [22:45] After 7 laps of demonstrators, the demonstration ended at 10:20. Some demonstrators did not disperse. About 70 to 80 people gathered at the gate of Regent Garden opposite the minibus station.
