The Government Flying Service was called to send a helicopter to the scene to assist in lifting the victim and taking him to the Eastern Hospital. He was dying at the time and died after arriving at the hospital for rescue. Sources said that at about 1 pm, the party of four departed from Yongmei, and an accident occurred while passing through Yongbei. Police are investigating the incident.
