Rio de Janeiro - More than 100 murders were committed in a few days during a police strike in the Brazilian state of Ceará. The state's secretariat for public security in northeastern Brazil released a statement on Saturday that 88 people had been killed by Friday. The portal "G1" now reported that in the absence of the security forces between Saturday and Sunday morning (local time) at least 15 murder victims were added.
