Today, the University of Damascus invited students applying for Hungarian scholarships who did not receive an invitation for an interview, to review their Directorate of International and Cultural Relations personally with all their documents and academic documents certified with them, until the end of the official working hours on Wednesday, corresponding to 26/2-2020.
The university stated in an announcement that SANA received a copy of it today that the students who should review the directorate are the applicants for the scholarships and fulfill their conditions for this year, the most important of which is the age requirement for a maximum of Master's degrees born in 1992 and PhD born in 1988.
Last December, the university announced more than 200 scholarships provided by the Hungarian government to Syrian students for the first undergraduate and postgraduate levels "Master and Doctorate" in various disciplines for the academic year 2020-2021.
The grants include a monthly salary of 130 euros for students applying to first-degree and master's scholarships and 450 euros for students applying for doctoral degrees, in addition to an exemption from registration fees, housing provision, or a financial allowance for it while the student spends travel expenses.
