The veteran Dalton Winery located in the foothills of Mount Meron celebrates 25 years of activity. On the occasion of the significant celebrations, the winery's main, young and talented winemaker, Guy Eshel, launches a new series of artisanal wines called "Asufa." Five different bottles are launched as part of the "collection" and one of its own distinct and distinct characteristics.

Because there is no good way to celebrate wine from having a food that is carefully tailored to its size, the neighboring winery, Chef Erez Komarowski, came to cook a local winter meal, during which a dose was adjusted for each bottle.

When Komarovsky was asked about the wonderful season of "Chef's Games" coming to an end tomorrow (Tuesday), he admits that he did not dare to cope and that he had a positive experience throughout the season, with successful challengers, even those who were not in his team. "You want everyone to succeed," he says.

In a warm, cozy tent, Komarowski set up five stands inspired by the winery and vineyards. Komarovsky is known to all who cook with intuition, humor, playfulness and bursting talent that inspires excitement, has done in the complex at will and brought the vineyards themselves to the winery.

Vine twigs were positioned as an environmental installation and on their sprawling branches hung a fresh Jerusalem pretzel baked in a place wrapped in sesame seeds and with a delectable crispness and addictive sweetness.

A warm saloon was served to the chanting backdrop and smashed instead of a large crater and leaf. Along with the kitchen, he had a selection of tempting pastries that came out of the big baking oven.

There was also a light stance that yellow winter beets had for its stars. They were gently seasoned and served crisp and wonderful, and with them burnt pieces of beef that kept his handsome heart, mint leaves, lemon juice and delicate olive oil.

A fresh fish tartare decorated with winter and exotic fruits, wild spinach leaves collected from them seasoned with red strawberries seasoned with sour vinaigrette and lettuce hearts coated with delicate spicy nuts.

Almost traditional stuffed onions but with strong flavors of spices and winter herbs. An extended roast, rich and rich roast with mushrooms after the rain.

And there were also heart-warming and soul-like desserts that had just come out of the hot oil and served with sugar-coated diamonds, as well as a rolls and a deliciously childish chocolate cake. Kombrowski's handiwork to boast was accompanied by Hod and the spoken "collection" series.

Wines in the "Asufa" project:

LEVANTINA 2018 - A dry red wine made up of a blend of Petite Syrah, Grenache and Crinean, has a Middle Eastern character and flavors: spicy, warm and full. His label was illuminated by Hagar Barkat and presents a mountainous landscape.

MAJESTIC 2018 - A dry red wine that brings with it a new Israeli spirit: on the one hand, a wine made from powerful Crinean grapes from a 40-year-old vineyard grown on heavy clay soil, and on the other - the wine is partly made of carbonated fermentation that lightens the juiciness and highlights it fruity and acidic. His label was illuminated by Eli Magazine and featured a painting of a group of clouds and a spectacular sunset background.

COAST TO COAST 2018 - A dry red wine made up of a blend of Zinfandel, Shiraz and Petite Syrah, in recognition of Northern California's traditional wines. The Zinfandel vineyard is grown under existing principles and does not receive irrigation water at all during the season. His label was illuminated by Tom Melnick and features a seaside painting.

WILD ONE 2018 - Dry white wine composed of 100% Schnain Blanc grapes from heredity that spontaneously fermented wild yeast and remained for six months with the sediment. It is a complex wine of a wild nature. Its label was illuminated by Michelle Maureen and features wild, tangy vegetation.

TIC TOC SEMILLON 2018 - Dry white wine made from 100% Semyon grapes. The wine is aged in the winery for several years and so it has well-developed aromas and flavors of age-old Semyon. It is sharp, mineral and slightly salty, and is intriguing to the grape and its ability to praise and with the aim of offering a deeper and more complex drinking experience of white wine. Will be officially launched in its final version in 2021. The label was illuminated by Noa Alon and features a painting of Savion Seeds carried in the wind.

The wines are sold at the Visitor Center of the Dalton Winery in the Upper Galilee and are offered on the leading restaurant menu in Israel.

Prices: White wines: NIS 85, red wines: NIS 100

The wines will be sold at a special pop-up of the Wine Market in the Sharona Market complex in Tel Aviv until 28/2. A tasting plate of wines will also be offered at the pop-up.
