The patient began to have fever and cough on the 19th. He took a taxi to Pok Oi Hospital on the 21st and returned a deep throat saliva sample to the hospital. However, because the laboratory report was "not sure", he was transferred to Tuen Mun Hospital for isolation and treatment.
If the result is negative but the symptoms are suspicious, the test will be rescheduled.
