LE FIGARO.- What legal risks is this bill exposed to?

Dominique CHAGNOLLAUD. - Basically, we are swimming in legal uncertainty, as the Council of State has pointed out. The extreme complexity of the text, which is obvious, can run counter to the constitutional principle of clarity and the constitutional objective of accessibility and intelligibility of the law. Likewise, without sufficient general interest reason, one cannot ignore legally acquired situations nor question the effects which can legitimately be expected from such situations. An example is better than a long speech: in reality, the " universal system ”States pension funds and even that of parliamentarians, each of whom knows that they are not employees like the others.

Beyond 120,000 euros of annual income, executives would only contribute up to 2.81%, against 28.12% today. What will be the opinion of the Sages on this point?
