An apparently mentally confused man kicked, insulted and stabbed a hoop on Sunday. The police arrested him.
Update 5:51 pm: The police headquarters now reports a targeted shot from the tires when arrested.
As part of the search, a patrol crew from the Bad Tölz police inspector put the man - as it turned out to be a man from Munich - in his car parked near a gravel pit on district road TÖL 7.
An official spoke to the 44-year-old several times. "However, he was in a clearly recognizable psychological state of emergency and initially showed no reaction," reports Alexander Huber, spokesman for the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria South . The attempt to get the man out of his car failed because of his massive resistance.
When the 44-year-old started to drive off, the official announced that she would use her firearm against a tire on the vehicle, since continuing to drive the man due to his psychological condition "would have entailed considerable further dangers for those not involved," said Huber. Because the suspect did not respond to the words of the policewoman, she shot - as announced - specifically on a tire. The 44-year-old drove off anyway, but came only about 400 meters because of the plates.
Afterwards, the officials temporarily arrested the 44-year-old despite considerable resistance . He was placed in a specialist clinic. No one was injured in the incident. The further investigation has now been carried out by the Weilheim criminal police inspection under the direction of the Munich II public prosecutor .

Königsdorf - An apparently mentally confused man (44) from Munich attacked two people in Königsdorf on Sunday . According to the police, the first incident occurred around 6 a.m. in the parking lot at Lake Bibisee .
A Geretsrieder (21) stopped there briefly to smoke a cigarette. Before he could get out of the car, the 44-year-old approached the car, opened the door and kicked the 21-year-old's thigh several times. He insulted the young man several times and also hit his car. Then he let go of the Geretsrieder, got into his parked car and drove away.

The perpetrator made a very confused and very aggressive impression on the victim. He was able to remember the license plate, a search was initially unsuccessful. Around 1:45 p.m. a Königsdorfer (38) then reported to the police. A stranger had spoken to him about forest work and told him to get out of the forest. The Königsdorfer later discovered a punctured tire on his car. The 38-year-old had also noted the license plate on the man's car. It was the same as in the first case.
When the search was initiated, the fugitive was placed in Bad Tölz. Despite resistance, he was arrested there. The Munich resident was admitted to the psychiatry.
