The Association is currently launching a special operation "Joining the Epidemic Prevention and Transmitting Safety" to strengthen epidemic prevention, including proactively calling to know the elders' recent physical condition, follow-up consultations, and drug availability. Among them, special attention is paid to service users who are disabled, living alone and long-term patients . Feng Zhiheng, the head of business operations of the Elderly Living Association, said that the nurses of the Association will conduct an assessment during the operation. If there is an urgent need, for example, service users and family members cannot go to the hospital to get medicines, the Association can arrange personnel to collect medicines on behalf of the situation. In addition, the Association's trained home care and cleaning staff will continue to provide "home-to-home" services in accordance with the guidelines.

The Elderly Living Association's “One-line Security Bell ™” service continues to care for and protect the elderly, working together to fight the epidemic and transmit safety. (Provided by respondents)
