A drunk driver climbed onto the sidewalk and ended up inside a Congress furniture store

A driver who quintupled the allowed level of blood alcohol lost control of his vehicle and ended up embedding it in a furniture store, at the corner of Belgrano and Combat de los Pozos . It happened during the early hours of Tuesday and, although there were no injuries, the place was totally damaged.

The incident was about 2 o'clock, when the driver of a Volkswagen Suran car lost control of his vehicle , got on the sidewalk and ended up in the Fierro Amoblamientos premises.

According to Télam, according to the testimony of Gustavo, the owner of the furniture store, the breathalyzer test performed on the driver resulted in 2.16 grams of blood alcohol . The maximum allowed is 0.50.
