It will be the first birthday for both away from their families. In a cell, accused of a very serious crime: the murder of Fernando Báez Sosa (18), who was shot and kicked out of the Le Brique bowling alley, in Villa Gesell, in the early morning of January 18.

This is Lucas Fidel Pertossi and Enzo Tomás Comelli, who turn 21 and 20 this Tuesday, respectively.

Both are considered to be co-authors of the " double murder homicide and the premeditated contest of two or more persons " of Fernando and the " injuries " suffered by five of the victim's friends.

The same qualification fits to his other six companions lodged in the same pavilion of the Penitentiary Unit 6 of Dolores from the 29 of January.

Enzo Tomás Comelli and Lucas Fidel Pertossi turn years in the Dolores prison.

Sources of the Buenos Aires Penitentiary Service (SPB) assured Télam that "at the moment" there is no request made by the two prisoners or their relatives to be authorized a special visit.

"The only authorized visit that these prisoners have is on Thursday from 18.30 to 19.30," said an SPB spokesman, although he clarified that in general an inmate may request a special visit, which has not happened so far.

The two rugbiers remain housed in a cell next to Máximo Thomsen (20), Ciro Pertossi (19), Blas Cinalli (18), Ayrton Viollaz (20), Luciano Pertossi (18) and Matías Benicelli (20).

By disposition of the authorities of the penitentiary, the eight rugbiers are separated from the rest of the prison population, to prevent them from suffering aggressions.

In the inquiries last week, the rugbiers denounced before the prosecutor Verónica Zamboni that they are threatened by the other prisoners.

" The other prisoners shout at us that our heads are priced ... they want to rape us, they shout at us all through the window, " Thomsen said.

Cinalli, on the other hand, said: "We are all afraid, because of the issue of jail, things scream out the window, they tell us they are waiting for us."

Comelli also said: "(In the prison) we receive many insults and threats from other inmates through windows at dawn, in the afternoon, at all times."

"They want to scare us by sharpening the tips under our window, shouting our last names repeatedly, recording videos waiting for us in the pavilions," he added.

The eight are accused as "co-authors" of Fernando's crime. His other two friends, Alejo Milanesi (19) and Juan Pedro Guarino (19), released since February 10, are charged as "necessary participants." Both crimes provide a penalty of life imprisonment.
