Reading some of the ninety-five proposals unveiled by L'Express and Le Parisien , this white paper is more a reminder of the traditional line of the RN than a renewal of its regal thinking: hiring of police officers, gendarmes and magistrates, construction of prison places, establishment of “real life”, arming of municipal police, abolition of family allowances for parents of delinquent minors, insistence on the link between insecurity and immigration… There is nothing there unpublished property.
