It is a small petite woman, in traditional dress, who receives within the walls of the Catholic missions of Paris, where priests from all over the world converge. In this haven of the heart of the capital, she is accompanied by her husband, a family friend, a translator, and two bodyguards. He is given aspirin and soon a doctor must come and examine him. Fragile, gentle looking, Asia Bibi recounts her exile in Canada, where she now resides. "The most important thing is that I am alive and with my family," she smiles.
