Parallel to the formal debate of the project that modifies the privilege retirements of judges and diplomats in the Chamber of Deputies, the government analyzes "additional articles" to add to the law that allow "avoid trials against the Anses" and guarantee the approval of the initiative this Thursday in the enclosure.

Incorporate a clause that protects the magistrates who already meet the requirements to retire - the point to which Together for Change conditions their support for the project ; the incorporation of contribution ceilings, as the general system has; and the accession of some categories of workers that are not included in the original agreement are the three keys that, Clarín could know, are considering the ruling.

The tweaks began to be designed mid-morning on Wednesday after a meeting of deputies of the bloc of the Front of All, next to the president of the Chamber, Sergio Massa. Meanwhile, in the annex of the Congress, the Interblock of Together for Change, discussed what its position will be.

The main opposition block conditions its accompaniment to the text to the incorporation of a transitional clause that protects the magistrates who already meet the requirements to retire . Specifically, they ask that they be kept the possibility of retiring later but with the same current regime. If not, they say, they will not give quorum.

“That the reform be given in the future, for new generations. And that those who can already retire now, can do so in the future under the current rules, "said the radical Alejandro Cacace. Thus, they say the" massive resignation " of more than 200 magistrates who, in the opposition, frame within of "an attack on the judiciary".

In the ruling party they claim that this point was already under discussion within the All Front itself . "The technicians of the block are studying the best wording to avoid that the law, as it is generate judgments to the Anses", pointed out parliamentary sources.

In turn, they are designing retirement caps , as the general system has. "Because for legal traps there are Chamber judges charging 900 thousand pesos," they argue in the Frente de Todos.

Another point would be the incorporation into the special regimes of one more category of workers , today not contemplated in the original agreement and also in the project that the Executive sent to Deputies. The FdT is "finishing defining" what category of Judicial they would incorporate.

That point was also a claim from the Federal Unit interblock led by José Luis Ramón from Mendoza, who presented a project along that line, with the endorsement of the general secretary of the judicial union, Julio Piumato.

The Plenary of the Budget and Social Security and Social Security Commissions - which began at 2 pm - will be sent by the Government, the Minister of Labor, Claudio Moroni; the Secretary of Social Security, Luis Bulit Goñi; and the Director of ANSES, Alejandro Vanoli.

They will also exhibit Marcelo Tagle of the Association of Magistrates; Carlos Rívolo, of the Association of Prosecutors; Alberto Lugones, of the Council of the Magistracy; Julio Piumato, of the Union of Employees of Justice (UEJN) and Marieta Russo, of the Judicial Workers' Union (SITRAJU), among others.
