The European Commission continues to prepare for a breakdown in negotiations on the post-Brexit relationship with London, one of its spokesmen announced Thursday after the threats from London.
" The Commission has anticipated this possibility and continues to prepare for it, but it is too early to predict the outcome of the negotiations which will start on Monday for a future trade agreement and is preparing for it in a constructive spirit ", said Dana Spinant.
