Freising - With whom at the top does Freising steer the future? In addition to the incumbent mayor Tobias Eschenbacher (FSM), six other candidates are fighting for the town hall chair in the municipal election on March 15, 2020: Jürgen Mieskes (CSU), Peter Warlimont (SPD), Susanne Günther (Greens), Jens Barschdorf (FDP), Ulrich Vogl (ÖDP) and Richard Paukner (AfD). All of them will meet at the panel discussion in Freising on Thursday, February 27, at the invitation of the Freisinger Tagblatt.

Lindenkeller has space for 250 listeners

The evening promises to be exciting. In front of around 250 citizens in the upper house of the Lindenkeller, seven mayor candidates want to campaign for the favor of the voters. There are enough interesting topics for an entertaining evening: No matter whether settlement pressure, climate change, traffic pollution or affordable housing - the moderator and in the end also the audience feel the candidate exactly on the tooth.

Panel discussion on Thursday in Freising: information for visitors

The event in the Freising Tagblatt takes place in the upper house of the Lindenkeller (Veitsmüllerweg 2) in Freising. Start is at 7 p.m., admission from 6 p.m. Admission is free. As the capacity is limited to around 250 places, it is worthwhile to arrive early. FT Editor-in-Chief Helmut Hobmaier will moderate the event. After the introductory round and the debate on the podium, visitors can get involved in the discussion.
