Rehabilitation and maintenance of two health centers affected by terrorism in the city of Aleppo

The Directorate of Health of Aleppo has put two health centers into service after rehabilitating and repairing the damages incurred by them as a result of terrorism .. The first is the Khaled Bin Al-Walid Center in the Khalidiya neighborhood and the second is the new Aleppo Center, as part of its efforts to provide the necessary medical services to the people for free.

The Director of Aleppo Health, Dr. Ziyad Al-Haj Taha, in a statement to correspondence with Sana during his stay in the Khaled Bin Al-Walid Center, explained the importance of reopening the center after years of its closure due to its destruction by the terrorists, indicating that the center is now providing health services through a specialized medical and technical staff and it includes all the necessary equipment For primary health care, it serves the Khalidiya area and its environs as the Bani Zaid and Kafr Hamra region, pointing out that the Directorate will develop plans to restore health centers in the countryside free from terrorism soon.

In turn, the head of the center, Dr. Asaad Al-Omar, stated that the center serves more than 5 thousand families and that its opening contributes to relieving the pressure from the rest of the centers in the city, which includes a laboratory for free medical analyzes, while Dr. Rukan Haj Abdo explained the importance of rehabilitation of the center, which includes all the requirements and provides services in several specialties, most notably Teeth, interior, children and more.

Dr. Muhammad Nasser, head of the first health zone that includes 7 health centers in the city, confirmed that the new Aleppo health center was stopped due to the terrorist shells of hatred and treachery that targeted it, but today it is qualified and ready to receive patients as it can serve more than 20 thousand citizens of the new neighborhood of Aleppo and its surroundings and includes Specializations (reproductive health, children, nutrition, vaccine, skin and interior).
