Air strikes killed at least 34 people Thursday among Turkish forces deployed to the Syrian province of Idlib, reports the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (OSDH).
Ankara has dispatched several thousand men and heavy equipment to this northwestern region of Syria to support pro-Turkish rebels seeking to repel the offensive by government forces with the support of the Russian air force . The province of Idlib is the last in the hands of the insurgency.
