As early as 2014, when he was "occupied", Li Zhiying was contaminated by people in the "occupied area" on the westbound carriageway of Harcourt Road in Admiralty, including rotten internal organs and feces of animals. Three men were subsequently arrested. They were Chen Guoxiong (30 years old), restaurant owner Ye Yongzhi (44 years old) and businessman Bruce Lee (45 years old). They were sentenced to 9 weeks, 15 weeks and 18 weeks respectively.

In addition, Li Zhiying's mansion located in Ka Man Tak, Ho Man Tin, was also criminally destroyed many times. Including a petrol bomb being bombed in September last year, security failed to stop, and the suspect fled on a motorcycle. And in January 2015, Li Zhiying's mansion was thrown by a fire bomb, and the suspect fled immediately after committing the crime. As of June 18, 2016, the two men arrived outside the gate of Li Zhiying's mansion, threw glass bottles containing liquid at the gate, and fled by car. Subsequent investigations by the Scenario Squad resulted in the arrest of two men with the surnames Huang 43 and 44 respectively.
