Can you guarantee balance in Dominican municipal elections?

"If you don't give me answers, don't ask for my vote," is one of the posters that has been seen on the streets of the Dominican Republic in these 11 days of protests. Attendees of the so-called "Trabucazo 2020" were dressed in black. They say they are mourning democracy after the suspension of municipal elections on February 16, so the authorities qualify as a ruling in the automated voting system. Carlos Pimentel, executive director of Citizen Participation, believes that the balance should be guaranteed in the following extraordinary municipal elections in the country.
